Cycle of Artificial Mineral fibres

Certain artificial mineral fibres present a risk to human health, especially when manipulating them and at the occasion of mechanical assault.

Among manmade mineral fibres ,the refractory ceramic fibres  are classified as carcinogenic  and all activity that exposes the workers to inhale these fibres, should be subject to a risk assessment for establishing a method to reduce it.

Staff empowered to intervene must then be trained on special intervention techniques and the use of protective equipment.
